Hi, all

I wanted to know how do i transfer information from computer to fpga. How to connect and how will i get the data. Kindly help me with this.

All I know that rs232 uses three pins to communicate rx,tx and gnd. connection is ok, but i created a hyper terminal and tried to send some data but no success. I use altera cyclone 2 ep2c20 fpga kit.

any sort of help would be highly appreciated.
