Altera MAXII UART sample code in VHDL

Hi,

i am developing a project involving communication between the Altera MAXII chip and PC via RS232 interface using MAX232 chip. i wonder is anybody out there who has the experience in this kind of project. i would like to seek for some basic guidance on the source code development. Thanks :)
