Hello,
We are getting a "CyUSB GetDeviceSpeed failed." message when we try to program the boot PROM on a Xylo-L.
We can configure the FPGA with the sample bit files, and at one point we could program them, but not any more.
It has been awhile since we last programmed the boot PROM, so maybe we forgot something.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just needed to reboot Vista

Rebooted the PC and it started working correctly again.
