How do you connect the RJ45 pins to the FPGA?

Hi

I'm planning to use a cyclone 3 FPGA and connect it on a local network. How do you convert a differential signal coming out of the twisted pairs to a signal that can be connected the IO of the FPGA?

I saw the information for the receiving lines here
http://www.fpga4fun.com/10BASE-T4.html

Do you know any IC that can do just that?

And how do you connected the output of the FPGA to the the TD+ and TD- pins?

I also found information here (about connecting the inputs to LDVS pins)
viewtopic.php?t=239

But how do you convert LVDS into something that is acceptable for the ethernet network?

Thanks all (and excuse my english)
