Hi,
I downloaded Quartus II web edition on 01/04/2009. It appears to no longer support the Apex1K board. This board is not listed on the QuartusII download page, nor is it an option for device assignments in the installed software. Is there a way to add the board model to Quartus II? Or is one of currently supported boards compatible with te Apex1K?

Yes, Quartus 9.1 doesn't support ACEX anymore so get Quartus 9.0 from the "Quartus II Software Archive" page.
